Circuit Training Circuits Melton Mowbray Kent Country Fitness Workout
A great turnout tonight for our new circuits class. On a Thursday we will also allow children over 10 to join us. Great fun and fitness for all the family if not a little chilly! If Thursday nights are not for you, you can join us on a Tuesday evening or a Wednesday morning.
